Dear Amazon seller person:
I gave you negative feedback because 3 weeks is not an acceptable time frame for shipping a book, especially when I needed it a week and a half ago. Also, you were difficult to work with. Sending me an e-mail saying you were "sad" to see my negative feedback is not going to make me retract it.
