Well, Ethan left last night for Kuwait. Boo. He's in Dallas right now, awaiting the plane to take him away. On the good side, there's only about 2 1/2 more months until he comes home for good. Yay!
We had an excellent time while he was here, minus some minor spats and an incident in which his brother hit him in the head with a coffee cup, causing profuse bleeding (it was an accident). Other than the canoe trip and a couple of bike rides, we didn't do too many exciting things. Mostly he wanted to spend time with his friends and family, so we got plenty of that in.
