Holy crap. What a bad night. My forecast yesterday was the WORST EVER. Ok, except for the time I forecasted the tornado (we didn't get one). Or the time I didn't forecast 28 inches of snow in 12 hours (need I tell you that we got it?).
But yeah, my forecast for Bethel was "Mostly sunny. North wind 25 to 35 mph." I came in to a raging blizzard. Mostly sunny MY ASS!
Oh and for Dillingham? I forecast 6 to 8 inches of snow--yeah, they got 12 hours of freezing rain. Terrible! So basically, I totally screwed the pooch yesterday.
They should take away my forecasting merit badge. Too bad I don't actually have one.
