Uh oh. Things are not going so well this morning. And by that, I mean it feels like my intestines had a rager last night and now they're cleaning up and throwing out the trash....if you know what I mean. Where was I when they had their little party?
God, please, please, please let me get better so we can go on our hike tomorrow.

Oh I wish you could go, but I don't think it would be a good idea. I am sure Lance Armstrong wouldn't do the tour with the "trots"!!! Can't you go the following weekend??? Get well soon.
