I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. We enjoyed ourselves with a quiet Christmas, mainly at home. On Christmas Eve, I made a special dinner. I picked up a pre-marinated chicken at Aldi, complete with cranberry, orange and fig stuffing. I made rosemary potatoes and parmesan green beans to go with it, and we had a bottle of sparkling white wine I bought when I was in the Hunter Valley with my parents in November. We also had homemade lemon meringue pie, but I forgot to take a picture of that.

Every family has their Christmas traditions, and ours apparently has become Let's Dress Up the Dog in the Santa Hat! He really hates it but likes to get treats.

He's so cute, though. I think he can suffer through wearing a hat once a year so we can get cute pictures.
